Talbot Global Industries LLC is building DueDate, a web calculator and HTTP API that works out payment due dates, early-payment discount deadlines and business-day counts, taking weekends and public holidays into account.

What it does

• Payment terms to due dates: Net 30, EOM, EOM+15, business-day terms such as Net 10 BD, and early-pay discount terms such as 2/10 Net 30 and 2/10 EOM.
• Discount deadlines: returns both the discount date and the net due date for terms like 2/10 Net 30.
• Business-day math: add or subtract business days, count business days between two dates, and check whether a date is a business day.
• Holiday calendars: public and bank holidays by country and region (for example US states, England, German states), plus your own custom holidays, extra workdays and weekend days.
• Roll rules: following, modified following, preceding and modified preceding, for dates that land on a weekend or holiday.
• API: a JSON API with API keys and an OpenAPI description, so the same rules can run inside accounting, HR or workflow systems.
